Our Story
We saw how hard it is for clinicians to provide consistent SBIRT screenings in busy clinics. Patients often felt rushed, and providers were overwhelmed. So we built a conversational tool that lets patients reflect on their own time and gives clinicians a clear, billable summary.
The result is a secure, practical system that helps teams standardize care, capture quality metrics, and support CPT 99408/99409 with minimal friction.

Milestones
In 2025 we officially launched Elevare to bring SBIRT to the point of care. Later that year we released our mobile‑first MI flow, and we’re now refining clinician workflows to make integration seamless.
