Elevare Clinical Solutions
We build practical, clinician-first tools that elevate patient care and operational efficiency.
Our Mission
Elevare’s mission is to improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of behavioral health screening and brief intervention.
Clinical quality: Grounded in validated screeners and clinician oversight.
Patient engagement: Clear language, mobile-first access, and MI-style conversations that empower patients.
Innovation: Pragmatic automation designed to support—not replace—clinical judgment.
Our Story
Elevare began with a simple observation: SBIRT is proven effective, but delivering it consistently in busy clinical workflows remains a challenge.
We set out to build a guided, MI-style experience patients can complete on their own devices—while giving clinicians concise, billable summaries to review and e-sign.
The result is a secure, practical system that helps teams standardize care, capture quality metrics, and support CPT 99408/99409 with minimal friction.
